Not what you expect if there is someone elses wedding

Nice location; Nice villa with pool; Friendly staff

We were not informed at time of booking about an Indian wedding taking place during our stay. This wedding took hold of the swimming pools, the lobby and the beach. The focus of the whole staff didnt went to giving us a relax stay but rather to making sure the wedding was good. If we would have known this on time, we would have chosen a different more quiet hotel. We understand it but didnt appreciate the non-communication. Also breakfast was arranged according to the wedding as well as other services. The time we could spend at the pool, we were watched by all the work people of the wedding along with the noise of all their materials.

I loved the stuff so much specially the girls in the restaurant and reception

I was sick and the receptionist was very helpful everything was good but the thing I didnt like the place is a bit boring theirs nothing to do

Very good

Small resort that offers great value for money, and it boasts a serene atmosphere.

The bathroom features high-pressure water, and there's high-speed internet available. This is ideal for me as I need to work during this trip. The location is pleasantly quiet, providing a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of the city I came from.

Regrettably, there were certain aspects of my stay that did not meet my expectations. I encountered a mosquito problem within my room, which was rather inconvenient. Furthermore, the air conditioning compressor unit behind my room produced a loud noise when it restarted, causing disturbances. To add to my discomfort, I had an unfortunate experience when the housekeeping staff cleaned the room next door. The noise and the loud conversations among the staff made it challenging for me to concentrate and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere during my stay. I understand that these issues may be beyond your control at times, but I believe that addressing them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I was drawn to your establishment for its reputation of providing a serene and comfortable environment, and I believe that taking steps to resolve these issues would ensure that the reputation is upheld.

Excellent hotel

As a frequent high demanding traveller. I must say that this place is really clean and proper. Also the reason why we prolonged our stay. Nothing bad to say about this accomodation. The staf is friendly and helpfull. I suggest to rent a scooter for 350 bath a day (24hours) and explore the illand. It is a bit far so you have to drive 25 minutes to 50 minutes to get somewhere. You can rent a bike and a Kayak for free . Also there is an adult pool what i like that there is a difference. The room is spacious and come with a flashlight, ironmachine, ear sticks, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush and so on..

Suite was spacious. Great lobby with pool table Staff were amazing Fully stocked fridge

Aircon was dreadful, engineer came by twice and told us 24 degrees was the best temperature (wasnt even cold) Woke up several times each night for the full 3 nights.

Superb

We all loved it.

Rooms and surroundings are all great, we used bicycles provided by hotel to ride around and this was my moms favorite part of the stay, she still talks about it days after.

The beach!!! There was no beach so I think the photos here are deceiving. As hotel manager said we came the wrong month, however, considering boats all dock at this beach, I think the water is not clean to swim during other months anyway. When we came the beach was completely gone. However, hotel has a complimentary snorkeling trip so we still had a chance to enjoy swimming.
