no breakfast, not much facilities, converted place from hostel to guest house.

Felt at home. Didn't really feel like a visitor.

Large room, very clean facilities. Housekeeping was superb. Polite front desk staff. Will certainly stay here in future visits

Would have been awesome if there was a restaurant. However, there are good restaurants around this location, even in same building.

Really nice and comfortable place. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

The location is pretty far from central RAK, but it is right next to the university it serves, so that works.
