Very good

Good location and for the price

The location is very good: close to a mall, many fast food restaurants, pharmacies and major streets. The beds are comfortable and the room is of good size. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

I booked two rooms with Two Double Beds for three of us in middle Sept. The cancellation cost is until 26 October 2023 14:00[EDT]: CAD 0 But they fully charged two room two nights fee at 24 Oct 14:00. I never got replies from this hotel when I sent a note to tell that we might arrive around 21:00 and wanted to make sure there's two rooms available for us. On our arrival, there were two single bed rooms waiting for us! When I came back to the reception desk and asked for the rooms I booked, they had no explanations at all but checked if they had two double beds rooms. I insisted the booked rooms and eventually got them. Bathroom smelled.

It is very close to the subway, and the subway is at the door.Travel is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old, and it would be better if the interior could be renovated.

Not the best location and very basic for the price!

The rooms have been "modernized", but no microwave in the room. Shower is good, bed is good, but no "extras". Toiletries are very basic.

Are room was at the back of the hotel, which was very quiet but a long walk!

Free parking and walking distance to the station was great, Id stay there again but Ill bring my own soap and shampoo

Right beside Raddison station(green line) so it was super convenient to go anywhere in the city by metro. Reception staff were all nice people

I normally dont ask to clean the room if Im only staying for 2 nights but since theres no fan in the bathroom and smelled funny I wanted a clean bathtub and new box of tissue(there were 3 pieces left the first night). The box of tissue was left empty and the bathtub was not cleaned at all, even some hair was left there. Towels dont have to be brand-new but at least get rid of the shredded ones. And the soap and shampoo/conditioner was very bad I had to go buy some just to feel clean.
