Don't stay at this hotel.

Rooms were very smelly, not clean and unhygienic. Bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty as well. Rooms did not match with the photographs shown on the booking.com.

Nice stay

Very friendly staff. You feel very welcome here. Fair prices, hotel and also in the cafe/restaurant. We did not like the room we were allocated and were given a different, much better room. We also used the airport shuttle and found it very reliable.

Hard to find anything....maybe coffe and tea should be served in cups and not glasses

Nice, clean, spacious room with nice and caring staff. They charged me twice for the payment, and we resolved everything with the receptionist, who contacted their financial management. The refund was made in a week. Nice buffet breakfast and centric location.

The bathrooms and some rooms need a little bit of renovation. They are clean but a few decades old.

Staff always smiley and ready to help specialy marina Aya nag ham may mohamad mostafa etc..... Even the breakfast is very delicious. Thank you very much for your kind and hospitality

The hotel room was nicely decorated and had all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was lovely and there were lots of choices. All staff we met were very helpful and attentive. The manager, Marina, has been guiding me from the time I booked my hotel. She communicated with me at every point, assisting in every way she could. I have no words to express my gratitude. We would definitely stay again.

The traffic in the area. I would advise you to use Uber instead of local taxis.

Overall good value for money

Good breakfast. Very good location for visiting some main sights in Cairo.

It is incredible that it is allowed to smoke in the hotel cafe and bar in 2023! On a loud street, but no soundproofing. Bathroom could be upgraded, by adding shower curtain, and something to put hand towel on.

The hotel is very well situated. Its easy to get to all the main attractions from there and we had a comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly and were always more than happy to help! Thanks for everything!
