Staff was rude and unprofessional Hot water or heat in the upper level rooms don't work had to be moved to lower floor room with no view

Definitely will not stay again.

Parking was ridiculous. Paying $34 is insane and during my stay the person that checked me in attitude wasnt so pleasant. I was charged twice.

Make sure all your staff on the same page.

Outdated and rude employees.

The bell man help me get my suitcase out of the car.

The clerk was exceptionally rude. There were not enough for my electronics near the bed. The TV was too small and the bedroom. Overall, I would never stay at this location again.

I felt very safe, the room was beautiful and clean, and the staff were super friendly

Very friendly staff, very safe and secure, and beautiful hotel room

Tub was a little stained, but I didnt use the tub so that didnt matter. Everything else was very clean!
