No happy ..small air conditioning in the kitchen..bedroom very hot..not flyscren in the windows....can't living the windows open. .sliding door in the balcony was broken..handyman have to come to fixs..no hot play in the kitchen..just microwave..and the cleaning standard very poor

Enjoyed our stay as it was close to restaurants, pubs etc. Just a short walk away.

We didnt like the first room offered but the staff very obligingly agreed to offer a different room that suited us better.

The descriptions of the rooms on offer could be more clear as to what you actually get plus the whole building and swimming pool area desperately needs an upgrade.

Staff were amazing but we stayed in unit 119 where the fridge was broken and the owner would not allow a repair man in to fix it. This was very disappointing as there was 7 of us staying there and we had just bought $500 of food. The wonderful staff supplied us with a bar fridge that night which helped get us through. They also offered to move us the next day but there were too many of us to up and move again. Beautiful place to stay dissatisfied with the owner

Disappointing

It was crap, will never stay there again!

The on site Thai restaurant was awesome.

The entry room to the unit on the 4th floor/laundry room smells like sewage, the bed is hard, the jacuzzi beside the pool is out of order, the lift broke down and had to use the stairs (remember we were on the 4th floor in the tropics), the bathroom has water-rot, there is no pay tv in the room but yet it says there is (stuffed if I could find it), no breakfast. Definitely not worth the money. We would not stay there again. Plenty of other places to go for the same money with working facilities and a continental breakfast in the area.

The apartment that we had was very good and had all the amenities that you could ask for. The location was within easy walking distance from the centre of town. The viw was magical

Good

Quick overnight stay. Probably would look elsewhere next time as its aging and can do with some updates

We chose this solely on the proximity to the wharf as we were leaving on a reef cruise early the next morning Apartment was spacious and filled our needs for a one night stay

On arrival the toilet had not been cleaned The milk in the fridge had been opened and used by previous guests The blinds in the bedroom were tatty need replacing.
