Art Palace Suites & Spa is a charming hotel with beautifully themed suites. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, arranging a limo service for guests. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfort (Read More)able, but the number of towels provided is not sufficient. The hotel's common areas are not attractive. However, the staff is helpful and the location is convenient. The spa is top-notch and the James Dean suite is fun. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff is accommodating.

The suite was great but the staff were great too.

We were there for New Years Eve, we could not have been more welcomed by the staff. They were terrific, the band was great, food was fabulous and a great night had by all.

Nice themed hotel in Casablanca

Rooms were huge and quiet. Near to the centre for access to restaurants etc. The spa was excellent.

The rooms are a bit dated, and only coffee was available in the room.

Disappointing

Disappointed. Its a good trap.

Really appreciate your accommodating us in a twin room as requested. The room with the terrace was very nice, comfy. Spa with pool is beautiful as well, and we used it few times. The location is not bad, can walk to most places and a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

Disappointed, very disappointed. Out of 3 nights hardly slept. The third night was booked additional as I was not well and regret that I didn't change the hotel as it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep again after told that will not repeat again! Music is on from 10pm to at least 1.30am. We were told that it would stop now now but never did. Hotel should mention that music is heard even on a higher floor and inform guests about their evening gatherings! It is not fair that we had no sleep for 2 nights in a row! and I am a very very deep sleeper, so imagine the annoyance .. Restaurant food.. felt as it was cooked by a young inexperienced chef. I am not a master chef but could have done better. Most dishes we had looked ok, but not complete (try tiramisu - biscuits should be soaked, it was super hard and only could eat the cream/ cream brulee - no hard crunchy top ../cheese plate - not going there as it was just a bunch of cheese on a mountain of letuce!). If they don't know how to make it - better don't offer. We were at the 5 star hotel restaurant not some street food cafe.. Sad. I will not mention other issues that we had experienced but certainly very upset for the price we paid and level of service received.. Is NOT worth!

Art Palace Suites exceed all of our expectations, we highly recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Art Palace Suites in Casablanca. From the very beginning our flight arrived in Casablanca early (yes, this actually happens sometimes) so we arrived at the Suites before advertised check-in time. The reception worked to get us in, even in an upgraded suite. Everything with the room and facilities and staff was great. Also the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure we were well served. The bar staff were especially accommodating. The location made it easy to get to all that Casablanca has to offer.
