A Seriously Defective Apartment

Our experience with this accommodation was nothing short of a disaster. On the surface, the house appeared pleasant, but reality quickly shattered this facade. We were subjected to dangerous conditions when glass from the ceiling fell, presenting a life-threatening situation. To make matters worse, the lock was dysfunctional, rendering us unable to secure the door. This security issue escalated when an intruder broke into the apartment at 4:30 AM. We sought help for the repairs, but our calls fell on deaf ears. Despite staying there for 7 days, we received no response from them after the moment serious problems begin to happen. The lack of responsibility displayed by the staff was entirely unacceptable.

Your apartment has serious security flaws. It's imperative that you prioritize your guests' safety by fixing these issues before attempting to conduct business further. When a problem arises, it's unacceptable to disappear; instead, you should be making every effort to assist your customers, particularly when it involves security concerns.

It had many pluses, and was almost there as a place I would recommend to friends.

The living room furniture was comfortable, the large dining table was a good space to work with. The armoires allowed us to unpack. The small terrace was nice. The linens were nice, good pillows, large bathroom. The washing machine is a plus.

Very disappointed that the queen bed mattress in the larger bedroom was plopped on a double sized bed, so the edges of the queen bed hung over the bottom mattress and were very unstable if you forgot and tried to sit there. It was like if you stay in someones basement and you were an unexpected guest. Seemed like a cheesy fix and inappropriate for a space youre paying $350/ night for. Also, the kitchen would have been so much nicer with just a few tweaks- a few spices, another kitchen towel or two, dishwasher soap, etc. As far as meeting staff with the key, we did as instructed and called from the taxi en route from the train, and arrived within 5 minutes, but waited almost 30 for someone to show up- standing in a light rain part of the time, on the narrow sidewalk with luggage, dodging people and bikes during that time. I had to call a second time after 20 minutes and the person asked if we were already there. YES, we are. There was no clear way to get someones attention while standing outside.

Excellent apartment, hosts could have been more attentive.

The hosts waited for me to arrive and welcomed me to the property. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our daughter found the baby bed comfy

We had asked the hosts for more soap for the dishwasher and washer along with toilet paper but did not get any response back from them. I know it was where I could reach them as they were able to advise when the water was going to be shut off and they had asked when we were planning to depart. Also, there was only a limited amount of hot water, so we were not able to take showers at the end of the day.

Really lovely welcome, and good advice on where to explore in the area. Great location, near trams and buses but very walkable into downtown. Kitchen had everything you needed if you want to stay in and cook

slight wear and tear in areas, bathroom tiles a little dirty and could not get the TV to work at all (Im sure if we had asked we could have however it wasnt a major issue)!
