Location of the hotel is good. They have nice ground floor area with good dine in option. Price offered was also reasonable

I did not like when they asked for security deposit even they knew I am adult and have no child. It was not mentioned in the booking also. The charging sockets were not compatible and they did not have any compatible plug. View from the room was also not nice. Cards are hardly scanned by the lifts. Sound insulation is also not good.

Very good

Location is everything, very near to Jalan Petaling, Railway station. I stayed at the hotel 15 years ago (under a different hotelname) and at the time there was a sanitary problem. So i was a little scared when I arrived and found out it was the same hotel under a different name. However the problem seems to have been handled properly (i stayed in two different rooms) and am very happy the hotel is meeting all requirements a frequent traveller has.

Breakfast was a little expensive and not so much western food offerings

Closeness to jalan petaling, good rooms Ancasa was preivously known as Impiana hotels. The hotel had some sanitary problems in the past, this issue seems mitigated now.

That you could not open the window (for protection) the room was on the 13th floor. But it would have been nice for an exchange of air to be able to open it at least partially

Disappointing

When my first visit to 3rd it was so good,most all of the staff so friendly and willing to help and when it came to my last visit which is onthe 30/12/23-01/01/24 there's one staff is really irritating .... I've asked this staff to call a grab to TBS and this staff ask me to take a screenshot of this car plat number and meaning be aware of this car coming by myself which is i think is her responsibility to inform the bellman if my grab already arrived (when i asked her,she answered me is for safety reasons in a rude way)

For this receptionist need to go for attitude training....

Superb

Relaxing, strategic and perfect for families, couples and even solo travelers.

The location is very strategic as it sits in the center and next to a lot of restaurants. Hotel also is big and spacious, which is quite surprising as the cost is relatively easy on the wallet. Except for one lady at the cafe who was a bit rude, the staff were accommodating and the lady at the reception also gave us a corner room.

Maybe the toilet / bath as it got the floor a bit wet. Also the lady at the cafe who was not too friendly when I inquired about the price of the water (or if they have service water etc).
