no, there was no clear communication on how to get the keys - the security told us to go to a office that was for another company and they ended up helping us when they realized it was not one of their villas.

We booked a pool villa for the purpose to have a POOL.... through the stay 4 days the pool was not usable because filter pump did not work, and then water turn terrible green. It took far too long for the staff to address, which seems to be a 2 second flick of the switch because the filter overloaded.. but by the time the staff come the next day its too late and the pool green.. then takes 2 more days for pool people to come put chlorine in the pool, and 1 more day we told not to swim in the pool because they put a heavy amount of chlorine in to fix / balance the pool. Quite unacceptable for the price we paying. Pictures miss-represented the property, its far more worn down and has much more wares and tear - the villa has not been well maintained, but is livable, however for example, in the kitchen electrical power points come out the wall.. (needs replacing) floor fan is broken, and so forth.. The hot water is non existent, at best its Luc warm.. The main shower we did not use, there is a spider and its nest/web has claimed this as its home (surly when the staff clean this they would have seen) its right in your face. the garden was messy and had not been maintained clearly, with dead tree branches from the palm trees and rubbish scathed. In the end we moved to another villa in the complex the the balance of our long stay here which is far better maintained and cleaner.
