Bookig.com should remove this property from the list of property availble for Sasan Gir

Location for Sasan Gir safari is excellant. Somnath Temple is 41 KM by road. Has parking failities. Villa is good but needs renovations.

Approach of General Manager is absolutlty un professional. Though I am entile for late check-out being member at Genius Level 3, was not allowed till 13:00 hours. Their check-in time is 14;00 hours. Since we stuck in trafik near to resort and sent photo on Resort whatsapp number and informed that will reach by 12;30 to 12;45, GM took my un-packed luggage out of the room. GM rough and started shouting in public. I said to him on phone that I don't grant any permission to open the room and take my laggage out of the room as I wolid reach in 15 to 20 minutes. I actually reached also. You can't trust such management. Because of such attitute and behavior, I don't recommod the property. I also reques the Booking.com to remove this property form the app. The management is not professional up to the standered of 3 star or 4 star property, they have very chip mentality.

The staff are extremely helpful . They went out of that their way to make us comfortable. The food is excellent - great spread and very tasty. The room was spacious .

The maintenance of the rooms could be better. Cleanliness needs to be improved

Exceptional

It was fantastic stay and nice hospitality.

The location is very near to the main centre -Sasan Gir. Breakfast was very delicious.

There is nothing such we didn't like but the property is required to be maintained.

Very good

We spent 2 nights here. The hotel is very close to the safari starting point (5 min by car) wich is really good for the morning safari. We had rooms and 1bungalow. Bungalows are nice and much better for family when rooms are a little bit old and smelly but very clean. Very good service and friendly staff who tried to do their best to give you a very good stay. Swiming pool is clean and big enough and they provide you towels. Food is good and you have a variety of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner (only buffets). You have a playground for kids and enough space for them to play outside without any danger. They organise some dance performance in the evening time. We had a very good stay and could recommend this place!

Would stay here again!

They have great facilities with a games room, restaurant and pool. They had good food and accomodating staff with good WiFi. They made exceptions for our check out time as we had a safari booked in the morning so let us check out an hour later.

The games room had lots of games but many were not usable such as a table tennis table without a ball and a pool table with only one cue with no tip. They also did not accept international card payment but allowed us to bank transfer instead.
