Superb

Great for the family, plenty of room + clean!!

The room is very spacious, clean + has great amenities. I like how they still supply soap + shower caps if needed. The room has plenty of room for a family. The staff are friendly, and check-in/check-out is easy. The parking facilities are fantastic as well, plus it is affordable. You get a lot for the price!

The beds are quite small and roll around a bit when you move.

Bad

Very hot, stuffy, uncomfortable and terrible service

Location

Stayed last night for New Years Eve, the room was a hotbox the aircon didnt work it was nearly 30degrees and wouldnt go down, about an hour after checking in we called maintenance and they came had a look, told us its probably just because we had too many people in the room (there were 4 of us in a twin room with two double beds?) so we were sweating heaps getting ready to go out which was fun, not! But we hoped it would cool down by the time we got back. Well when we got back after midnight the room was still hot so we called the desk again, the lady came had a look, pushed some buttons and said it will hopefully cool down in about half an hour. I Asked if we could move to another room or some thing because it was so hot but was told there was nothing available. We wanted to just pack up and leave but had been drinking all night so wouldnt be able to drive. Worst sleep Ive had all year. At checkout I was asked how our stay was so told them what had happened, and they said we didnt have to pay for the $7 movie we watched while trying to fall asleep lol. And that the manager will contact us but have had no contact as yet. The last time I stayed there, the sheets had pee? Stains on them when I checked in, but I was quickly given a different roomIll never stay here again the whole experience both times was awful. Save your money go somewhere else there are heaps of nice places in Perth.
