Very good

It is in a good location, a nice room with comfortable beds. The parking lot is not far from the entrance but you have to pay an extra $30 for it.

Was confused about the breakfast, when it was included but I have to pay for it. Read reviews about vandalism in the parking lot, and I parked my car not far from the entrance and could see my car from the room. Nothing happened.

Great views, facilities need fixing and updating, sketchy neighborhood

The view of the city was amazing, and we liked how the room was decorated and the style of the hotel.

The charging ports beside the bed did not work. The lights above the mirror in the dressing area beside the bathroom would not work at all. No overhead lighting to speak of in the entire room. Street noise was pretty loud. The neighborhood felt rather unsafe. I found the bed to be too soft and the bedding too hot. The breakfast was basic at best.

Superb

Overall great stay, I just wish you didn't have to pay $30 just to regular park at the hotel without valet and wasn't informed of the additional charge until I reviewed my checkout receipt. I knew it was a price difference so that was partially my fault. Also an additional pre authorization charge of $75 without informing also. Other than that, the hotel was clean and up to my expectations. Will recommend.

This hotel isnt worth it for the nightly price and its unsafe.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is centrally located.

My things were stolen out of my room (no fault of the staff - it was someone I know). When I went to the front desk to ask if Id be able to look at security footage, the man working said that none of the cameras were working. That was hard to believe for me since it was an 8-story hotel close to downtown and also during one of the busiest weekends of the year for Atlanta. I didnt believe him so I ended up calling the hotel back after I left, explaining what happened and they said someone from management would reach out to me about viewing footage. Two months later that hasnt happened. I dont care at this point about recovering my belongings, and Ive already filed a police report, but it is concerning if its true that none of their cameras work. Aside from that, the stay was mediocre at best. When my friend and I first got there we only had two washcloths in our room and when we went to the desk to request more they said that they were out due to it being fully booked. But when we went back to our room, there was a member of the cleaning staff on our hall and she happily gave us more. There wasnt an iron in our room either and when we asked for one it took almost two hours to get it. Additionally, the shower doesnt have a place on the wall to hold soap bars or any other products. I honestly feel like paying upwards of $100 a night for this place was not worth it at all, theft aside.

Room - very small but considering the location size doesnt matter. Location - best very near to attractions(aquarium, coke factory, park, SkyView) Breakfast- I was good.

Breakfast should have been like Buffet with more options.
