Scammed. Booked king suite with oceanfront view and given junior suite blocked by construction

Excellent location

They overbooked our room. Gave us junior suit despite booking and paying for king suite. They had scaffolding covering the windows despite claiming our room had an oceanfront view. They also didnt serve dinner on Christmas Day and didnt have the courtesy to tell us in advance.

Its lovely to have the boardwalk outside the door and beach the shops restaurants and Catholic Chur

The breakfast was average the location excellent staff were really great and friendly so weve recommended this hotel to friends

I give the Allegria hotel a thumbs up

The room was clean, nice and quiet. The breakfast was good and the view amazing. I enjoyed the boardwalk and beach. The staff were nice. In addition, I received an unexpected $20 voucher from the hotel toward the breakfast bill.

Not worth the money.

Located on the Boardwalk

1. Small, uncomfortable room for $250 2. My only request was for a quiet room and I was placed next to a service elevator above the restaurant 3. 1 of the 2 elevators was not working and Exit stairs open into dark garage next to trash cans rather than in lobby 4. Old and very tired look. Stained carpets. Discolored/dirty linens and towels. Sticky residue on floors 5. Worst of all was the very poor customer service. Front desk ?manager would not make eye contact, would not smile, and seemed really put out by the fact that she was there

I cannot recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Location and bed

Cold water showers and tried calling reception between 6ss as m and 7am several times and no one answered. The manager was supposed to call me to fiscuss the issues but she hasnt.
