Nice big room

Nice big room with a balcony. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Big clean bathroom. AC was working. 30 mins by walk to the citadel. Quite place, but near the cafes and restaurants.

Wifi was not working that well. The hot water was working for 10 mins approx. and then it was more lukewarm.

Location is good as its away from the main area. Night market on weekend was relaxing and a short walk away. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, always ready to help with information.

I would stay here again

This is a very good property. Most importantly the staff are lovely and try in every way to make your stay perfect. The location is very close to the center on a quiet street. The room was spacious. This property is good value for the money.

One morning there was no hot water. The water was perfect for the rest of the visit.

We got a very large, nice a la carte breakfast, because the hotel was not very full. It was very tasty. The room was nice and clean and the location is where we needed it to be.

Very good

Convenient boutique hotel in Hue

I like that my room looked like in the pictures, airy and clean. The balcony is a plus. I LOVE the location in between train station and restaurant area. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel located in a quiet area not too far from all the bars and clubs.

The mattress was very firm and thin.
