Generally, a pleasant stay.

Good: Staff are very friendly and do their best to assist you wherever they can, be it with luggage or other facilities you require. Generally a good selection of breakfast - however, daily varieties should improve, more than what variations were offered currently. Other than that, breakfast was good and enough, hotel staff also assisted to offer customizations to special tea and food for infants (blended food from offered selection). Has a lounge bar on premise on top floor - no need to worry about stepping out at night for a drink or two.

-Some rooms do not have bidets - if it is something you need, ask for rooms with bidets. -If you are coming with kids, check if room space is enough. Cot is not available on premise. -Mosquitoes and cockroaches - rooms need regular spraying. Cockroaches hidden in wooden areas near bed side table.

The best of Nairobi

The staff was wonderful and helpful and they allowed us to do the check-in before the normal time, that was really important because we arrive at 7.00 am. The room was cleaned and the view of Nairobi was great! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the price was good.

Perfect location. Breakfast was okay and staff were friendly

The shower area needs urgent renovation. Maybe you would consider a glass cubicle to separate the shower and the toilet space. I had trauma taking showers coz it leaves the whole washroom wet. That was a turn off. Also, the towels looked a bit old

Central location for city vibes - clean, good standard

Our room was 3rd floor overlooking the market and whilst it was a good view, the early morning outdoor noise was a bit disturbing.

Very good

1. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, Mr. Clement, Mr. Onesimus and Ms. Nancy. 2. The rooms are cleaned daily. 3. Toiletries, bath towels, and beddings are changed on a daily basis.

-The water doesn't heat quickly enough. -Once a while, the drains emit an unpleasant smell but the window in the room can be opened and closed easily to allow fresh air into the room.
