Superb

Cute little mother-in-law house with everything you need to feel at home

Spacious mother-in-law home in a quiet residential neighborhood down the street from Coral Gables Hospital. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the kitchen includes all the necessary utensils. About a 15 minute walk is Winn-Dixie and a Hooters, for when you're hungry. Overall, a really good stay and always felt safe/secure.

It was a bit far from places we wanted to go as tourists to the Miami area so we had to request lots of ride shares. We'll take that into account next time but the home's location was very nice and safe.

loved this home! good location! and very clean!

This property is adorable!! the listing is correct about that. and you have lots of privacy. with outside sitting areas. its perfect for family vacations or even a medical procedure.

my only really small issue, is the only sofa there is a futon. so for people going to Miami for medical procedures that wasnt very comfortable, however it still worked well. and i would stay here again.

Very good

The neighbourhood is really lovely, perfect stay.

House was lovely, neighbourhood was great. Our kids loved playing in the enclosed outdoor part. Perfect place to stay.

It would have been good to have some washing up liquid and a cloth, sweeping brush to tidy up before we left. But not a big deal.

love the guesthouse and would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay here.

love that its so private and peaceful. love that it has out door furniture to enjoy the weather and it even has an outdoor patio dinner table. My little 1 year old loved playing outside. we were coming from a cold weather state and so coming here we enjoyed the outdoors. The place is close to a lot of stores, restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches!

The thing that we didnt like was the steps to the front door and the steps to one bedroom are to high for little ones and elderly. Lastly, I think the owners should fill the gap between the trees and the concrete with mulch (area in front of the front door) my little one fell in between. but if all adults that will be no problem, other then that I really like the guesthouse and would definitely come back!
