Superb

Very nice resort hotel

It is a very nice resort-like hotel with great pool area with a bar and music, very well maintained. Breakfast has a good variety. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. Location close to ADO bus station with connection to the airport is top. It was also nice that we were allowed to use the pool area after check out with our luggage being stored.

Walls are unfortunately indeed very thin so we could hear our neighbors laughing a lot at night in the next room and neighbors moving furnitures above us. It is bothering when you are trying to sleep. Also coffee machine in breakfast room needs maintenance as it was blocking after each cup.

Very good

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The bedding was great. The breakfast is a full buffet and very nice. Nearly all staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There is a shuttle to the beach which was great. Location is close to several restaurants.

Our chief complaint is that there are no phones in the room to contact staff. You have to use WhatsApp and sometimes you don't get an answer promptly. I ended up just going to the lobby to directly get my needs taken care of.

Awesome!!

I love everything! Location safe and fun to walk around. Breakfast excellent. Everyone is happy and willing to make you feel comfortable . Rooms are spotless !! All of the areas of the hotel are very well maintained and super clean!!

The staff at the entrance, at the bar and restaurant was super friendly! We only had one staff member at the check-in

It is clean, easy to access with public transport, ADO or taxi. Breakfast included made it easy for the start of our day. The pool bar has good drinks!

It was not easy to get extra water after the daily room supply was over. Its felt like a hassle. The swimming pool was too cold to use even with the warm weather.

Outstanding staff, food and room comfort.

Beds were firm. Slept great. Great value. Will definitely rebook. Like everyone else says, breakfast food and very hard working staff would win awards for this service. Outstanding!

My stay was a bit good, I wouldnt recommend to stay here when you plan to go out and be back at late night coz the hote

The pool is very nice, the interior of the lobby is stunning. Guards in the lobby are very accommodating, and somehow they speak english. Thank you.

Everyday, the key card is not working, and I have to run down to the lobby to activate my key card. Theres an unplesant sounds that makes me awake in the middle of the night, some kind of construction wherever. The two elevator is distance a bit, so if you click right side, it opens on the left side which a bit far, and tou have to run a little before the elevator closes. The buffet menu is not what I expected, coffe machine is out of order as I want the cappuccino and pancakes are a little bit stoned.
