The AC was not working whole night , I was unable to sleep whole night they are frequently visiting for troubleshooting but only got repaired in morning.

Clean, competitively priced with friendly staff but severely lacking in other areas

Staff are polite and friendly and the place is generally clean, breakfast is okay. It's competitively priced and we got two good sized apartments.

The fridge in one of the apartments broke, the freezer defrosted and leaked water all over the floor. They provided paper cups inside the hotel room instead of proper mugs and even though we asked for them they never came. There were no bath mats provided in the bathroom meaning wet slippery floors after you shower and again these weren't provided when we asked for them. The soundproofing is not great, someone in the floor above was moving their furniture in the middle of the night and we could hear the furniture being dragged across the floor. The garbage truck arrived promptly at 6 in the morning with its constant beeping and machinery processing the garbage but the windows were useless at keeping out the noise and it ruined our sleep.

Basic hotel, good for a short stay

The personnel is very nice The suite was big, the sheets clean Breakfast is quite versatile We were given free beer vouchers and a discount on meals, which was sweet

We did not have towels when we arrived, it took a lot of time and effort to get them There were hairs on the sofa. It also looks very old Cannot say the pillows are comfy Toiletries are just basic, but you can ask for more
