    Absolutely 100% what we were looking for our trip to Spain. Comfortable, clean and friendly place half way.
    Easy to find. Lovely trees and garden area. Near the shop and restaurant. Play area for kids. Spacious room and bathroom.

    Good nights sleep, perfect for a nights stop over whilst travelling with our dog!
    The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, en-suite facilities were also clean and had a very nice shower. The staff spoke very good English so no need to embarrass myself with my bad French. Superb area for dog owners to walk around.
    The only thing I could say is that the breakfast didnt feel like very good valve for money, however everything was fresh and there was enough to leave me satisfied, so for the convenience its not to bad.

    Clean, Comfortable and helpful staff. Great stop over.
    Great stop over en route to Channel Tunnel. Ate at nearby burger restaurant where they also accommodated our small dog.
    Nothing really. Dog not allowed in restaurant area of hotel, but we were able to bring our breakfast to seating area next to this so not a problem.

    We have had a booking for a quadruple room as we have booked several times before. Around 8pm we texted the property updating our estimated arrival time. No reply received and when we arrived at the property, we have rung the bell outside at the same time that we were calling the hotel and no answer and the gate wasnt opened for 15 minutes. Luckily, someone left the car park, so the gate opened and we could come in. On our arrival, the front desk worker - when enquired about the waiting time said that he havent heard anything, didnt see the cameras and didnt say for once a single sorry. He was clearly busy doing something else, looking to the football game that was watching in the mobile phone. Then, the bedroom was allocated , which is not what we have booked. When we request another room, the staff member wasnt helpful at all, just said that day was going unwell with a lot of problems and he could not change at all our bedroom (even stated, or stay on this one or go). An extra bed under the single bed was not prepared and had no space to be open. We requested a refund as property didnt meet our requests and our booking, but we were told that we have to contact another staff member on the next day. We were on a journey, driving, and not capable to call. The staff member even wrote the refund staff contact number on the back of another costumer registration document and with all costumer details, including telephone and email address, being a severe break in data protection European laws. Extremely disappointing experience. Im waiting now for a refund.
