The door to my room 520 was making noise when opening it I think some metal think need to be fixed on that door and every time someone opened another door or housekeeper we can hear the noise so disturbing like

Mediocre

The bed was very spacious and comfortable. Shower was very powerful. The hotel itself was decorated nicely and was fairly clean.

The leaking ac unit in the room was a bit disappointing as every time we came into the room, a huge puddle had formed on the floor. The shower also leaked as a seal was missing on the shower glass which again, caused a huge puddle on the floor. The fact that the breakfast was 14 per person per night was quite extreme and the breakfast wasnt really that great either. We was also overcharged 60 for the stay and wasnt given an explanation as to why. However, once brought up they did agree to refund. They did also offer 2 free drinks due to the puddle that was formed in the room from the unit which unfortunately we wasnt able to use due to having other plans. It was a nice gesture and appreciated though. Lastly, Paying 20 for parking when youve already spent 300+ on a room for 2 nights is also quite costly.

Superb

Exceeded expectations

Room was comfortable. Did not realise breakfast was included and it was great with hot and cold food and made to order eggs. Tasty coffee and loved the complimentary drinks in the room. Also robes and slippers, hair dryer and iron were great additions. Easy for parking. Arrived at 15.30pm and enough available spaces.

On the 7th floor but at back of hotel, nice view but would have liked a room overlooking the water of the quays. Also the bath was full of hair! We just rinsed it down with the shower before using.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean

Easy check-in, great to have parking on site, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

Given an accessible room which I didn't need and not being informed at check-in.

A clean hotel but wasnt happy with the size of bed and the view we had from our window as it was for a newly wed couple.

Was very clean and quiet, not that busy and was relaxing.

The bed was small and not comfortable.

Enjoyable stay but got off to a disappointing start that could have been avoided.

Comfortable and clean in a good location. Ideal for getting the tram into the centre of Manchester.

We had 4 nights booked over Christmas so the hotel was nowhere near full. We booked the same type room as we have done twice before. Despite this, we were given a room right opposite the lift and with a room that had a connecting door where the other room was occupied too. The tv did not work and there was no coffee machine like we have had before. We requested a change of room the next day which they provided (and with a coffee machine). Do feel that as the hotel was well below full occupancy they could have provided the 2nd room we got in the first place.

Decent hotel but way overpriced. to stay or not to stay, probably not!

It was quite, clean and organised fine. Just standard stuff tbh. What u expect from a hotel. Not worth the price. No way jos. The neighbour hotel would be better. staff good.

Charge for every single thing possible. The hotel is OK. Not much better than the hotel next door. Ive stayed in both now. Ibis is much for cost friendly. Considering they charge so much the breakfast and parking is also charged for extra. Joke ting

Was a pleasant stay and would go again but I wouldnt drink in there, Id try and find somewhere else to go for drinks!

Incredibly clean, great location, reception staff were lovely and welcoming.

I asked for something special in the room on arrival as it was my partners 30th birthday. This was all agreed with staff prior to our arrival. However, nothing was in the room when we checked in. I didnt want to make a fuss so didnt say anything as it wasnt a huge deal and my partner was non the wiser anyway. But then we went out for the night, we put the do not disturb sign on the door so didnt think anyone would go in. When we got back they had been in the room despite the sign on the door and there were balloons in there. (Kids balloons just scattered on the bed) it wasnt special any more as wed already checked in and we put the sign on the door so they shouldnt have entered. I also found the bar incredibly pricey, didnt have food there so cant comment but breakfast is 14 per person so we gave it a miss, on top of an already expensive room I think thats a bit dear.
