Exceptional

I felt very safe in the area. Its mature as well, meaning theres not a lot of ruckus or unruly teenagers making noise and problems. It was quite peaceful yet alive.

Horrible. book elsewhere.

customer service was non existent. no amenities. had to call numerous times to get someone to clean the room. Cleaners didn't speak english and it was hard to communicate. Cleaning manager argued over cleanliness of the bathroom and I had to clean the counter to show it could be cleaned as the manager was saying the counter was permanently stained when there was no attempt to clean it in the first place. Really bad experience.

Rooms have AC units inside the rooms and it is noisy. Not a great sleep

Safe, convenient parking. Complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste (which I asked for at the front desk when I realized I'd forgotten mine). Shared rooftop dining, pool and gym space with Moxy.

The parking was a little confusing. One elevator for parking will take you to the rooftop or lounge. To get to your room floor, you will need to use the elevator inside the lobby. There are no cocktails offered at the rooftop bar - you can request a mixed drink, but there is no bar menu. The rooftop area closed an hour early Saturday night.
