Very good

Hospitality, Courtesy of the staff and the owners in particular. View of the Gangtak city nestled in the hills and trees from the balcony.

Difficulties and discomfort due to many up and down stairs on the walkway for reaching the Abode from the main road as also for reaching the road from the Abode. The walkway though not dirty but with poor masonry. The cot in the room while in use makes sound disturbing sound sleep. The cot is required to be fixed properly.

The host (Nima uncle and aunty) are very welcoming. Property is clean nd beautiful. View from room is impeccable .. Homely and tasty food prepared by aunty herself. I celebrated my birthday there and their arrangements with the personal touch made it extra special. Will love to visit again

I stayed with my family at this hotel and I must say the experience was excellent

Breakfast was excellent, Owner of this homestay treated us as family member and with warmth which was unbelievable We hardly get such homestays so I'll highly recommend this property if you are traveling to Gangtok

If the approach to the hotel can be improved then it'll be excellent

A great place to stay.

The Property is decorated & maintained to a high standard, all the amenities worked consistently with no problems, felt more like a quality Hotel with the added touch of a Homestay. The owners/hosts are very kind, genuinely hospitable, hard working & incredibly helpful, the food was always freshly prepared & very tasty, (I highly recommend eating dinner here, you won't be disappointed). The location is good, away from the hustle & bustle of the town with amazing views of the valley. You will get a room key & can come & go as you like so (just like a Hotel) so don't be put off by it being a Homestay, our overall experience was excellent from the point of booking to our departure the communication & information was first class, arranging Taxis & helping plan our trip. A special mention to Nima & his wife who helped care for my daughter when unwell & whose company I was very happy & grateful to share, wonderful. Thank you for a great stay

The host family was very nice and helpful with any matters. The food was also very good. We had a really good time there.

It is quite far to get to MG Marg, you have to take a cab and depending on the traffic it can take some time. In the afternoon it took us approx. 30min by cab.

Exceptionally good host.

We liked the hospitality and warmth of the Host. Food was freshly cooked and taste was excellent. Room size, cleanliness, balcony view, toilet facilities, hot water facilities were superb. Mr. Nima and Madam were so nice and kind to look after the guests with highest sincerity and warmth. I would say they are exceptionally good host. We really were so happy and felt like home, as if we were part of the family.

The property is managed by a retired couple. The family is well educated and cultured. It was better than any five star Stay because of the human touch. The rooms were cleaned and well equipped. The food which was served to us throughout our stay was fresh homemade food with love. Uncle Neema ( Owner of the property) also helped us with our trip to Nathula and Zuluk and guided us to our day in Gangtok. They really took care of us like a family. It was one of the best accommodation experience we ever had.

There is nothing that I didnt like.
