Overall, it was a good experience :)

Really loved the onsen experience and the WhatsApp service was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no proper signage to indicate the hotel. At least, should have one from the Genting Petrol kiosk area. The toilet seat was loose n there was a foul smell from the toilet too. Also, would have appreciated if there was mineral water bottles given.

Location is decent once you work out the shuttle system to sky avenue. Staff were pleasant and as helpful as possible. Beautiful views from high rise rooms clean rooms and linen.

too much water damage in both our rooms - extensive mould on the curtains, mild mould on ceiling along the windows.

Very nice stay!

Everything. The location is about 8-10mins bus ride away from the main location (sky avenue). Transport. Was very on time, if you book 10am slot for bus, please reach before 10am as bus will leave at 10am sharp. Hotel. Prefect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything is communicated through WhatsApp. Onsen. Great! Service was really good, most of the time the whole onsen was only just the both of us. Hair dryer, shampoo and body lotion all provided! Food. Most of the food close around 10pm, Thai food closes at 12am. Direction. Recommend to walk from the outside of building instead of going through the different towers. It might be confusing and the loft might take awhile! Hotel room. Great! Windows are able to be opened slightly to allow cold air and wind.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious with nice modern decor. The staff were also really friendly and always so helpful. The pool and onsen was relaxing and beautiful. Great location. We would definitely recommend to stay here

Brand new hotel with swimming pool & onsen

Very nice brand new hotel with tons of facilities like pool, gym and onsen. Very near to the theme parks and malls. Room was very clean, free minibar and has a great view. Staff was very helpful when we have questions about getting around Genting Highlands.

Nice staff

This is not a hotel, its an old apartments building with no hotel facilities whatsoever. No food in the premise, no room service. If you want to eat you have to go to nearby buildings to buy it and the food offered there is bad and only available in specific short window time. For breakfast you have to wait 40 minutes to get coffee, they actually tell you that in the face and people struggle to get food from a small window in the kitchen, people are literally fighting to get food. If you decide to go there take everything with you as you are going in a picnic. Booked 4 nights but only tolerated to stay one night, of course no refund. They took the money for all nights.

A very beautiful, well organised hotel. Great views, modern and had a relaxed vibe. Great amenities and facilities as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.
