Great place to explore the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. In addition you have superb views and all that is for reasonable p

1. The location is great with amazing views, hotel transfer to and from Sorrento is very convenient (it takes about 30 min). 2. Very good staff everywhere in the hotel. 3. There is really nice restaurant here - superb food and its inexpensive.

1. The bed could be more comfortable (too hard for me) or at least there should be some pillow menu. 2. Breakfast buffet was the same each day. Only the sweet options were changing (and they were the best). There were plastic cups for soft drinks - first thing to change in 4* star hotel! 3. Prices in the restaurant menu are without tax (there is difference in the price on the menu and at your final reciept). In US you would expect that but not in Europe - and I was in most European countries.

Great value in a beautiful location away from the bustle of Sorrento

Excellent: great breakfast, spectacular location with views of both sides of peninsula, very friendly staff and convenient shuttle. It is a ways away from Sorrento, but the views from the room make it worth it. The shuttle makes you organise yourself but is very reliable. Sorry we only stayed one night, as there is much to look at in the vicinity. Great value for what we paid!

Breakfast was fine but with no local pastry or savory. Gluten free options ok

It is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel not to have proper heating and cooling systems in the room. On a normal mid October day the door was left wide open and all the bed clothing were almost wet and cold...tried the room equipment but was only for fresh air as we were told from the receptionist..Therefore, I had to ask for new bed sheets and still, had to wear all my heavy clothes on, in order to be able to finally get some sleep.. Almost same things at both rooms of our group. At the top of the above, when I complained for the lack of the heating at the front desk, they told me that I exagurate and I say so, because I wanted to leave the property and wanted refund... Of course, that is all the receptionist imagination and not the reality which I had to face at that hotel... Highly not recommended, specialy at the beginning and ends of their season.
