Peaceful and cosy gem

Exceptional staff that was very friendly and ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. A la carte menu was great with plenty of options. Beautiful pool and very, very clean. Loved it.

That bed sheet and a pillow cover are a bit rough, and you'll have to order breakfast a day before. Other than that, there was nothing else we could fault this beautiful place.

The breakfast was great. Even though we arrived at almost midnight, we were able to order breakfast for early the next morning. Coffee was great too! Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool.

Good but missing the soft touches

spacious and nice staff.

bed and pillow not so comfortable. not enough hooks to hang your clothes/towel. showerhead holder too high and unadjustable. lack soft touches.

Everything was PERFECT. - Super nice and spacious room. - The spa was excellent with very good discount for hotel guests. - very flexible and understanding management. - yummy breakfast. - the best thing about our stay was the STAFF. I would like to thank the all of them for the extraordinary service specially Galuh and the very sweet girl at the reception when we checked in (who unfortunately I didnt get her name) Thank you.

Very accommodating. I made many changes to the restaurant and room service menu because I am vegan. There was never a problem. So grateful.

If I had to say one thing, the pillow were a little too tall for me, but I also never asked for any replacements so that's probably an option.

I didnt like the mismatching of the pictures on their website. They mixed pictures of many different types of villas on their website. And I end up getting another villa type.

Tranquil and Peaceful .

This was the most serene beautiful spot. After the hustle and bustle of canguu I loved coming home to a private beautiful villa with stunning gardens and peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Staff could not do enough for me tye food was fantastic and my room was so gorgeous and spacious! So very glad I stayed here.

Perfect and good value for money

Enjoyed full experience. Loved the boutique hotel feeling where the hotel staff had a lot of attention for the limited number of guests. Rooms were very clean and service was very good. We also loved the breakfast and ecofriendly environment. Location was good.
