This is home. This is not a hotel, this is a place where you are always welcome like at home. Father and son accept you as part of their family. If you are looking for real Mexico, genuine caring people, then I definitely recommend. In addition, you will find everything you need here - it is clean and has everything you need for your stay. I'm happy that I found this place!

1st it's a house and not a hotel (gated community). That being said, Enrique and his son make you feel at home immediately! I arrived early, they met me at the gate and helped me with my bags. They were helpful and accommodating the whole time. Offering suggestions and even a home cooked meal. The room was clean with a giant comfy bed and all you need for a pleasant stay. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun The beach is right across the road- view of it from your balcony- and a short walk to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Buses and taxis right outside the gate making transportation yo anywhere very easy. My stay was so relaxing- just what I needed and more. I would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have found any better place to stay in Mexico. Right beside the beautiful beach. Really peaceful area and super safe. Everything was just like we expected and even more. We will defenetly come back here.

the guys that run this, father and son, are so incredibly nice: they make you feel right at home & are super helpfull. you feel like youre part of the family. really good place to stay as a single female traveler: would highly recommend.

theyre still finetuning it, so it could be a little bit more modern but it didnt bother me at all: anything I needed, they provided in seconds. lovely men!

Exceptional stay!

It was my best stay ever and the best host I have ever met! The room is on the second floor of a cosy house in a private and secured territory. The location of the house is great - just across the road is the beach and there are plenty of buses if you want to go to the city centre or the hotel zone. Also, there is an interesting archeological place called El Meco with pyramid, ancient ruins of palaces and a lot of iguanas just 30 minutes walk from the house. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious seafood and also there is a supermarket. The beach is great. It is clean with clean and warm water without waves. It is ideal for children. Mexicans are relaxing there with their families and children. They play on guitars, singing songs and dancing - atmosphere is awesome! The room is clean and nice with a large bed and with all the necessary stuff you need. There is cold and hot water there but we didnt even need hot water at all. The host Enrique and his son are amazing! They live on the first floor and can help you with anything at once. Living with them was so much fun! Enrique is a very good man and an interesting person with a rich life experience and a lot of exciting stories to tell. We are looking forward to visiting the Caribbean Paradise with Enrique and his son again!
