    It was a wonderful stay. Would recommend one who want to opt for homestay.
    Limited options in breakfast. Need to have more options in breakfast. Everyday we cannot have south food.

    The stay was very much comfortable the owner was very polite and the daily breakfast served was very good.
    We liked everything but they dont provide toiletries and don't mop the floor everyday but only sweep once you checkout then only they will mop and clean rest everything was great my family liked the stay very much the paid lunch was also very nice like to recommend others also

    Pratapji is very good,care taking and support tive person who is owner also of this property. He manages everything for my family visit right from stay,food travel everything. Villa is very beautiful clean and well maintained. We are from Mumbai and keep visiting villas in mahabaleshwar but no one we have seen maintain like this. We absolutely loved the entire experience we had at your Villa. The Villa staff was beyond exceptional. We were deeply touched by your warmth and hospitality during our visit. Food made by your wife was also delicious and tasty my entire family loved all the varieties right from breakfast till Dinner. Your wife had made superb food Pratapji. There exists a place who still values customer service throughout our stay. Once again thanks for everything. Staff was also very good and supportive.

    Great location/home, courteous host, good home cooked food
    The location is great - its in a quiet residential-like area, right next to the new Taj Tirupati. There's a small grocery/diary store right across the place which has almost all things for daily needs if you want to make use of the kitchen. Also, it's very close to the Padmavati temple and the city centre such, so very good in terms of commute. The house itself is very thoughtfully constructed and all the facilities were clean, hygienic and comfortable. The garden outside is a very nice place to sit and enjoy the evening breeze if thats your thing. The kitchen has all the utensils and crockeries for most daily cooking needs. The host also offered to arrange for dinner (paid) on advance notice, which we did and it was excellent. Home cooked food at very reasonable price and the taste was also great. Overall, the host was courteous, friendly and communicative and didn't mind may requests. And the house itself is a very good place to stay for a family of 4 or around that.

    The first day when we were checking-in, the previous guest's checkout got delayed by a few hours and due to that our check-in also got delayed. It didn't affect us greatly as the host made an alternative arrangement in a guest house for that time but just something which could've made the stay much better/easier. Also, there was some confusion around dinner timings and that lead to the food arriving 30 mins late, which could've been avoided but some miscommunication lead to this. Overall, the tasty food made up for the late arrival and everyone had a satisfying dinner. If not for these points, the stay would've been much better overall.

    A Home Away from Home.
    Divine homestay felt like home away from home. Place was clean, the caretaker was vey helpful, area was peaceful and the owner, Mr. Reddy is very helpful and was always available for any queries. I will surely visit again.
