Lovely place is your looking for quiet and relaxation.

Beautiful facilities. Massive pool. Rooms are quiet.

Not close to anything. Short ride in Gojek to restaurants and little bit of shopping. Children not keen on restaurant food and pool bar closed too early at 6pm.

Good location but not 5 star

Location was good especially if you want quiet time

Property is not really 5 star. They were not prepared for the influx of guests. Very bad management especially at New Years Eve dinner where our table was given away and food and beverage director was rude and shouted at his colleagues. Junior staff really try but was disappointing experience for a so called 5 star hotel

Great, relaxing stay - will come back!

Peaceful location, lovely staff, great food and amenities. We had a great time and would definitely go back again! Koming and Ayu made our experience extra special over breakfast, and so did Demmy with his useful tips and recommendations for sightseeing and food. This was our best vacation yet! Superb

An excellent 5 star Bali resort hotel for a family, luxurious and fair value. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 4, we stayed in 2 deluxe pool suites looking onto the pool and landscaped garden. The rooms were beautifully decorated in modern Bali style, with carvings, marble, hard wood floors, and mosaics in the shower. We picked this hotel because the suites were 2 separate rooms (two TVs and a separate lounge, with kitchen area) and large bathroom (separate shower, bath tub, and even a kitchen, total 65m2. There was a large balcony looking onto the pool. The main pool was enormous (60m? linked to another very large pool, with pool bars). The beach pool was an infinity pool looking on to grass, sand and sea, also with pool bars. The pool beds were large and cushioned. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday with excellent coffee, and a mix of Asian and Western breakfasts, juices, eggs made to order, noodle soup, fresh fruit, yogurts, European bread etc. The staff and management were always helpful and responsive and warm. There were 2 beaches, one better for swimming with a 4 minute free shuttle bus, the WiFi at this beach worked seamlessly. The main beach in front of the hotel was more for water sports (so many on offer, jet skis, banana boats, paragliding etc).

The 2 private beaches had a lot of algae and could have been cleaner. We cannot blame the hotel for the beaches, but these particular ones were not as beautiful as ones we have enjoyed,in for example Thailand. However, swimming was possible and there were no jelly fish at all, common on other Asian beaches. We did enjoy the beach almost every day of our stay, but swam mostly in the lovely swimming pools.

The staff were courteous and super friendly. The food was excellent and the beach club had great ambience

The exclusive beach was not good, not as good as described in the website. It is away from shops and eateries, need to walk out. There are mosquitoes and other critters flying around, annoying when trying to eat or enjoy the ambience.

Superb

My family and I had a very pleasant, enjoyable, and memorable stay at this hotel. The service and hospitality provided by the staff are excellent especially the front office staff, darmawan and the housekeeping staff, apriana and agus. Facilities are great, my kids love the lagoon pool and the kids club. The property are very clean and comfortable. I love the design of the villa that mixed between the traditional balinese look and modern. Highly recommended to family with kids.
