Only 1 blanket was provided and later another blanket which had to be manually collected from reception was torn. Towels were old and smelly. Bathroom sink tap was broken. TV was not provided. Spider webs in balcony.

Very bad services. Room was not cleaned, it has rats poop everywhere and no soap, blanket, no tissue, no glass , no water was provided. Flush wasn't working. Upon complaining, the staff was very rude.

Everything, the property has pests lurking around in the room. The room service was not good enough. It just looks good in the pictures, they are defrauding the customers of their money. One day they couldnt arrange generate electricity through generators in the absence of a power cut, and people started to fell ill due to dehydration. If you value your life and money please dont go to this property. The management is rotten from the top. The owner is not available to take and handle grievances. Managers are incompetent and rude.

Felt like a hell hole!

The property is perfectly located near the Calangute center and the beach.

The property on pictures from outside looks good but from the inside it reeks of wear and tear. My worst experience ever. You will find that the bed sizes will not match the mattress and be prepared for leaking taps or no water at all. Sometimes you will have a single tap line where the solar heating will throw hot boiling water in the main line. The rooms will have a TV or a setup box but they will not work! Be ready to bear the heat and humidity as the ACs are mostly conked off! There is barely any effort on house keeping, the bed sheets stink bad. During the stay we had to shift our rooms at least 4 times. Please carry an extension as many switches do not work or are not available to connect. Also the rooms have no intercom or telephone to call reception. Enter the swinming pool at your own risk!
