The Riu Palace Peninsula - All Inclusive received excellent customer service, with staff members like Liz at the front desk and Motto the bartender being particularly praised. The resort was clean an (Read More)d offered a great selection of food and drinks. The staff were honest, as demonstrated by the return of a lost phone. Honeymooners enjoyed a special experience with decorated rooms and thoughtful touches. The rooms were clean but slightly outdated, and the food was hit or miss. However, the beach, pools, and on-site activities were fantastic. Guests would definitely consider staying here again.

Good

Just an average place

Rooms are large and well equipped with coffee and spirits. Its not located near the busy part of Cancun which makes the environment more peaceful.

They tend to have a party every couple of days so the environment is noisy those days. The beaches themselves arent great, they are acceptable but not the best you can get in Mexico. I found the quality of restaurants just average. Nothing really extraordinary when it comes to buffet, lunches and dinners.

Everything was clean and conveniently located in the premises Everything was readily available at all times

Was hard to get a table in the restaurants for dinner time as it was first come first serve and could not place reservations Pool hours could be a little longer

Beachfront, pool, the food was super good and beyond expectations, the staff super helpful and professional

When we booked our hotel the total billing was all taxes included but when we reached the facility They ask us to pay extra( some hotel taxes ) we would be more happy if it was mentioned when we made the booking

Superb

It was very good experience and Ill recommend it to everyone.

The entertainment team was great, the activities and programs for kids were really good, the parties for adults were great too. The quality of food and meals were high. Overall it was great for families.

All met my expectations.

Its quite big, so it never really feels overcrowded. Restaurants staff always friendly.

Food and drinks were lame. Havent had a single fantastic meal. All passable or bad.

Good

Rui did very well on the Michael scale

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were big and clean. The shower had very good pressure.

The biggest problem is that the hotel allows the pre-booking of seating around the pool and beach. So it becomes very difficult to find a place to sit or lie down, especially if you are a family of 4 or larger. Unless you are prepared to pay the staff manning these stations. The beds were too soft.

Very good

It was fun but there are some things to work on

Some restaurants were great and the coffee bars and other bars were great and the drinks were good.

Some restaurant food was horrible - it was hit and miss. It wasnt clear if we needed to be seated or not for the buffets. A sign would really help because the staff would say yes and no at the same time
