I will not recommend this place to anyone, not professional and No integrity at all

Book the family room, so space was good

Power cut from 3am right to 830am the next day. Shock that there were no back up power and staffs never informed what was happening. The worst thing was my room didnt get electricity till my check out time. So I pack my things in the main room in total darkness. I was rushing and completely forgot to pack my toiletries and some items in the bathroom. Only remembered after I have left the hotel. I called and spoke to the staff at the counter to pack and keep my things, even emailed them as a reminder. 2 days later, I drove all the way from PJ to collect my things and I was so disappointed that I only gotten back half of my things. Unacceptable!!!

1. The room size and view from window 2. Location of the hotel

1. Door room not fit and need to push hard to really close 2. The lift service is the slowest ever use. 3. Tv half function (manual button to on/off and bad tv signal 4. Window handle damaged not replace so have to leave it open 5. Desk phone not functioning

Wonderful view outside from my room's window, can see a lot tombs.

Power supply keep on trip off. Complain twice during night time only allowed to change room. Terrible surrounding and external view, please study surrounding before booking.
