very congested room. poor toilet facilities. no tap working. old suffocating room, staircase. no one can sit in common space. no food nearby.

Everything was awesome!

The property was clean, the beds comfortable, close to many food outlets including good coffee, and Santy is an exceptional and very accommodating host. He gave us tips on where to eat, what to check out and even helped us with our visa issues and planning more of our journey. Thanks Santy!

Serene Indeed!

The property has a laid back homely vibe and is located in the heart of Pune's vibrant food streets. The neighborhood truly lives up to its name, offering a respite from the urban chaos and embracing visitors with a sense of calmness and harmony. For someone who values a peaceful environment while enjoying their meal, this location is an absolute gem. What sets Serene Living apart is its endearing mascot, a cute little dog named Rex. As a dog lover myself, I couldn't help but fall in love with this four-legged companion who adds an extra touch of warmth and affection to the stay experience. Kudos to Santy who is an amazing host! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I might come stay here again soon.

The host, Santy, is open minded, understanding and super helpful. The room is cozy and comfortable, access to the kitchen and common room made living here quite simple, and there's plenty of affordable food options around as well. I was able to extend my stay at the property as per my requirement with due notice.

A warm and wonderful experience!

The stay was warm, friendly, comfortable and safe. It was convenient and accessible. a simple home living, with a do it yourself approach. Santy, the owner and the sole service provider was amicable and was mostly available to attend to your request.

Ours was a short stay and we had nothing to complain about. One does not notice sign board of Serene Living displayed prominently. We had to call up owner to seek directions the first time.

Stayed at Santy's Serene Living from 6th to 9th and found the room very functional and clean , the location extremely convenient and lots of eateries around. Santy was kind enough to open up and welcome me @5.30am - the common areas are cosy and guests can use the fridge and gas stove for basics like tea & coffee... Would certainly recommend for budget travelers
