    Worst stay. Dont waste your money on this property.
    Worst experience. It was my sons birthday and I booked this property. I paid 40k for this place and literally not a single penny was worth it. 1. The so called jacuzzi wasnt working and it was broken. 2. There was MOLD fungal on walls. 3.Service was extremely poor - ordered to serve the food by 2pm , got it at 4pm. Ordered to serve snacks and start barbecue by 7pm - started at 9pm and was served at 10:30pm. Asked for water - None came in. Asked for a cup of tea - got it after repeated calling post 1 hour. 4. The guy of stay vistas met me and I told him all my concerns and said we will give u 2k discount now and 20% discount at next booking. Then he asked me to remove the negative review from his website and when I refused he said I wont give you any discount and you will pay full amount. Wow ! He literally bribed me after speaking to some Naveen. 5. Mr Naveen ! Worst part of my whole talk - he was rude. I told him we dont have water and no one is here at the property at 8:00am and he told me that you left the staff late at night so they are not available. Do u guys realise the kind of money you are charging us for ? And your staff cant stay at the property making the guests comfortable? Your inner kitchen was not functional - and the staff wrapped their stuff late because they laid our dinner late due to their own issues. I kept running to their kitchen asking them to serve the snacks. 6. No water in washrooms. 7. No water in kitchen. 8. kept hand wash in used sanitizer bottles (thats not what you expect at a 40k property)

    We are a good spender when it comes to holidays This was our worst experience. Harrasment from staff Poor management Bad food , broken extra beds. Some girl named Swati came at the time of check out and intimidated us. She was no where from the time of booking until check out She started screaming at us for no reason at all.
