Superb

The staff made the whole stay a pleasant, positive experience.

The two ladies at the desk were exceptional. The valet drivers were also very professional & polite. One of the best staffs I have ever encountered traveling.

Parking: only valet parking.

Superb

Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Great location to the Symphony Hall friendly staff security & cool rooftop registration area. Easy to find close to highway entrance.

Its not a huge deal, but, we were disappointed with the breakfasts. No bananas, poor pastry selection, dry bread. (Good waffles & strawberries though!)

Right next to the Marta station. Had to learn new ways of the hotel is set up, but it was really nice

Price was a bit much, but I do understand why, since it's built differently then usual hotels.

Close to everything, but not worth the money for the stay.

It was close enough to walk to the venue that we were attending our event at. The room in the hotel were exceptionally clean!

The amount of how much it is to park your vehicle during the stay should have been better advertised. As well as the security deposit being three times what booking.com stated it would be. This goes back to there being hidden fees.

I liked the car service. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The building was a little hard to find. The sign was actually flat against the building with no additional signs that stuck out of and flags on the sidewalk. Had to drive a bit distracted to find the place.
