It is a very decent and clean hotel. Room spacious. Nice location
Staff misguided me and they are rude. I have added one extra bed and during the check in, I was told it comes with breakfast but when we happily go enjoy our breakfast, then was told the price paid is not inclusive of breakfast. While getting clarifications from the front desk, the staff at the restaurant is very rude and keep on stopping me to talk. And when I talk to the front desk on this, reason given is 'oh, this is a new staff, so she may not aware abt the package". Is that my fault that I am being given wrong info? Is that my fault when the hotel hiring a staff that not knowing abt the hotel package? I paid a >rm2k of spending but this is what I got in return.

Hotel was great, clean big rooms, spacious bathroom and Location was perfect
Hotel was great, clean big rooms, Bathroom is spacious, view was awesome (little blocked by OSK stays) and location was right at the commercial eatery street (so lot of options). I didn't use any facilities but they looked great like all weather pool etc.
Bathroom walls need a little upkeep (I would not mind if not also) and would have loved if the breakfast was included in the room options. Breakfast was for 2 (to be paid at hotel separately) was half the price of the room, so on the higher side, I feel. Getting Taxi (Grab) was a great issue, but that is not related to Hotel more like the issue with Genting Highlands issue. Direct taxis charge 4 to 5 times the Grab charge.
