The house was spacious having most of the required things

The kitchen was leaking and water was all over and no exit place. The internet was very bad. The security guard was pretty bad and didn't know about the society so we had to stay outside for hours and knock on the door of other people. If you are looking for an urgent stay in the night then you can have trouble.

Superb

Nice unit in gated community. Good urban location. Safe. Car required. Great Host. Would stay again.

Host is super-responsive. Allowed us to check in early and made every effort to correct the water problem we had. Home is a 3-story unit near the end of a 10? unit tenement block with a private parking space at the front door and the shallow community pool just across the street. This is in a very safe gated community with little traffic or noise. On arrival, we were provided with the pass to show the guard to enter the gate. Large supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. Kitchenette was very adequate for our needs.

Common rooms (kitchen/living) are not air conditioned and were a bit warm for us at times, but the bedrooms were perfectly comfortable! Water pressure was very low, then stopped completely on 2nd day of our stay. The unit (and indeed the entire city) has its own private water tank on the roof, so neighbors had water. Host immediately sent a handyman then plumbers twice to get the water restored. Host assured us that this had never happened before, and I believe him. I think we just had bad luck and throughout the experience, we had open communication with the host who (in my opinion) made every effort to correct this issue as soon as possible.
