Disappointing

Great location and venue but fell short in execution!!

The hotel was very centrally located and the restaurants inside the hotel were very good. Rooms were very comfortable and above par in that respect.

The Hotel was very busy this particular weekend with a NCAA bowl game and the CBS Classic so there was no early check in which was not an issue however we were told that we checked in that we would receive a text when our room was ready as check in was at 4:00. They took our luggage and We went to one of two basketball games that afternoon and did not finish up until almost 9:00 pm and still no communication. They still did not have our room assigned but eventually got us in shortly thereafter with our luggage arriving another 20 mins later. This meant not being able to change our clothes to get something to eat outside the hotel until after 10:00 which in my opinion is unacceptable, especially without any apologies or correspondence from hotel staff/management.

Disappointing

Terrible value and tired, but convenient hotel.

It was a large imposing building downtown, chosen because it connects to the convention centre. It was convenient. The breakfast was ok, but not great value. The staff were generally helpful.

It was tired and dirty, from the moment you came into the entrance area. The reception was slow and understaffed. The room was dated and had a strange musty smell. You had to request a dressing gown and slippers instead of them being supplied automatically. I was horrified that WiFi was not included and if you did pay nearly $10 per day) that would only over one device. Apparently bottled water was not provided daily, despite the room being one of the top tier executive rooms.

Waited over an hour after check in for room. Still wasnt ready. I booked a balcony room then they tell me they have none. Gave me a $40 room credit for my trouble and I couldnt even use it bc none could answer room service when I called for 45mins straight

Most awful stay ever!!!

I like the facility and location.

It was the most awful Omni stay even. I have 4 rooms and there were problems with each checkin. One room was not available until after 6 pm. May room was rented to at least 2 other people during the short while I was there. When I came back to my room on Saturday evening, it has been rented to someone else and I could not get it. I asked the front desk clerk to send security to check my belongings in the room and he made me wait 30 minutes before going up to check on my belongings. When I was finally given another key it had someone elses name on it. The night manager then called me at 2 am to tell me that he had my drivers license at the desk. What a mess. Staff did not know what they were doing.
