Passable

Great location just dont expect to get to sleep until after 1:00AM.

Pleasant staff and newly updated accommodations. The location was ideal.

Our room was next to the hotel restaurant/bar and patio which was extremely loud until 1:00AM. Difficult to sleep. Secondly, you had to request room service which we were not informed. So for over $1,100.00 per night we never got our room serviced.

Basic maintenance issues for high prices, but good service recovery / upgrades after.

Beautiful facilities with coffee bar and lux restaurant on-site. Bikes were available to rent and location was within close walking distance to shops without being noisy. Manager on-site was extremely helpful.

The first room we received was very small and under the roof so very warm, especially as the AC was broken upon arrival. There was also no hot water for several hours throughout the property. Staff was friendly but not particularly well-trained.

Disappointing

The food and service at Sister Ship, the dinner restaturant, was great. However making the reservation was a challenge because being late season, they kept changing their schedule.

Not a good value. $500 per night, off season, for a small room and a tiny bathroom. Plus, the hot water didn't work for several hours and we couldn't shower before dinner.

I will be back one day!

The room was very cute, the bed was very comfortable!

It was a little noisy underneath me, sounded like dish wear. I assume its just the old building and it really didnt bother me.

Five days at Faraway

Good chef excellent food. Great location in town. Comfortable bed. Use of bikes for touring the island. Helpful staff.

Our room was cramped. It was located near the kitchen so lacked privacy. We needed to keep the blinds down which made the experience gloomy.

Wont be coming back. The staff across the board was unfriendly and had attitude.

Proximity to center

Staff was rude and couldnt be bothered. No phones in room and only can communicate via text which took upwards of an hour for a response. Room cleaning is upon request which wasnt explained to us at check-in. When we asked for fresh towels and water the staff including maid had attitude. I travel a lot and all over the world and havent experience had this negative of an experience in a long time

The location of the property was fabulous

We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor and the ceilings were vaulted kept on hitting our heads in the bedroom and bathroom , was terrible and very pricey

Very cute esthetic. Right in town.

We had a light bulb out on the bathroom, old contact lenses on the bedroom floor. It wasnt the room I booked, black marks on pillow case, bedside table couldnt plug in. No water in room to drink. Also the tv was on the side of the room and couldnt rotate towards the bed
