Comfortable stay for us as a family!

Ease of booking thanks to Maya who was very patient and helped us get a room for our needs. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of spread. Location is close to the highway and easily accessible.

The head chef is very sensible in understanding your needs & doesnt give you foolish reasons

This property is spoiling ITC brand name in terms if services & infrastructure both The food & cleanliness were hopeless Had to keep calling the staff repeatedly to fullfill the basic needs Services were delayed beyond tolerable limits Asked for a fresh lime or welcome drink/ water upon arrival because I was travelling from a long while, I had fatigue, the staff was clueless as if I have demanded something alien that they cannot get to their guests on immediate basis, after explaining to three staff members n only upon calling the manager, i got a nice welcome drink, later upon managers suggestion we ordered coffee which did not come to our room for the next 2 hours
