Perfect spot to rest and regroup after travelling NZ for 3 weeks

Big spacious area, enough room to leave suitcases and they not get in the way. Big deep bath that my partner loved. Bed was comfy.

Being a renovated place from older style the sound proofing through the windows wasnt the best but didnt affect our stay due to it not being in a busy area

Lovely. But could be better. If youre paying close to 1k, youd expect clean dishes, an empty dishwasher and empty rubb

Location

Dirty dishes and lack of outlets for kitchen appliances. Rubbish not emptied. Lack of hooks for hanging. Another suitcase stand. If youre a couple, itd be good for them both to be able to lay out their luggage instead of using the lounge chairs

We enjoyed the place very much, and it would be perfect if it had decent armchairs.

Spacious accommodation in an excellent location. The property is stylishly decorated and we appreciated the easy, ground-floor access.

This property has one big problem, which might stop us from booking it again. Although the soft furniture looks stylish, it would only be suitable for a child or someone lounging in front of the TV screen. There is not one comfortable chair for a person wanting to read or converse without ruining their back.

Just what the doctor ordered

The location and parking is perfect, if your a walker you can walk to Merivale, the city centre or even Riccarton, and on the door step of the gardens, just loved it, we will be back for sure, they have thought of everything, a relaxing bath with complimentary drinks, we could cook if we didn't want the go out, and our wee dog got to holiday with us just one of the best stays I've had in a while thoroughly recommend

When we arrived the cleaner had taken the remotes to the tv, heat pump and speaker by mistake, but Katie very speedily came to the rescue and fixed the problem, awesome service

Beautiful property!

Fantastic location. Nice and modern. Warm and comfortable. Great shower. Great bed. Lovely linen. Gorgeous body washes, shampoo etc. Lots of little extras. Easy parking (important when you are in the city). Would happily stay at this property again.

The property was definitely clean, but there were areas that could do with a little more attention.
