Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun is highly recommended for its amazing staff, clean rooms, and beautiful views. The food is good, with a range of restaurant options, but vegetarians may find limited cho (Read More)ices. The resort offers plenty of pools, cabanas, and beach access. The spa is a must-visit. Some guests experienced hiccups, such as room availability and wait times at restaurants, but overall had a good experience. The location is walkable with nearby attractions.

Fantastic spot with perfect beach access and beautiful hotel.

The facilities and staff are amazing. Our butlers Roberto and Kenya were available 24/7. The team is friendly helpful and inviting always pushing for you to have a great time. Food is good but can maybe improved a little.

Trip was fit for an Queen, eveything I desired was as you wish!

The food was delcious and the staff were super accomodating and the spa was realxing. The entertainment was fun and the drinks were delcious. The hotel staff were amazing! I would return back in a second. The beds were comforatable and the staff made me feel like family, and it was the perfect get away in a stylish and classy enviornment. The beaches were clean and the water southed the soul. This was my first trip to Mexico and I will one day return.

Booking.com did not offer free transport back to the airport. I would have preferred this as a perk so that I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Great experience.

Location, facilities, nice staff. Most restaurants are included with reservations. Beautiful beaches and swimming pools.

Over crowded in swimming pool afternoon, the coffee tastes is not that good as Mexico coffee.

LOCATION

Booked with ocean front room, but it was overbooked and I got downgraded to garden view. (Even more, it wasn't garden view!!) There was no room with ocean view at all. :( And food and beverages services are very disappointed.
