2 or 3 star hotel facilities in the name of 5 star .

Large Reception Area and campus

Hotels Rooms are outdated and old , like 2 or 3 star hotel . plumbing doesnt work and we had to change the room due to bath area flooding. Still The bathrooms were stinky. Restaurant is pricey and the portion are very small , food quality is very basic . Staff is demonstrating very superficial courtesy. We had similar negative reviews earlier but went for the name Ramada & Wyndham . Unfortunately didnt reach our expectations.

Location, Ambience and Cleanliness was good

The Mattresses and Pillows were not relaxing, Infact it caused severe pain in our back. Even secong night we could not sleep all night and we have to had pain killers in the morning. The service in restaurant was ok but not up to our expectations

Wifi upgrade needed.

Bed is top notch.

Noisy sometimes due to weddings. The property has not renovated for long time. The tiles in the swimming pool need changing. Most importantly, the property needs a much better WiFi. The hotel restaurant food is pricey. The location of the property is away from the village centre and there is not much option but to buy food at the hotel restaurant.

Overall the stay was good, the staff was helpful & courteous.

The breakfast was sumptuous and fulfilling. Out of three days, we had breakfast for 2 days and the menu was good for both the days. We even had made omelet as per our choice.

The buffet dinner wasn't up to the mark and wasn't worth the price. The menu didn't had much choice for vegetarians.
