bed comfy; spa smelt of disinfectant so instantly more like an hospital than a spa; pool beds dirty; towels worn and threadbare in places; great atmosphere at the pool; ground floor balcony door didnt lock

The restaurants; the location; food ; the staff ; the rooms ! Everything was amazing

I dont think theres enough activities for kids to be engaged on the property besides the pool . A kids club is something that a property like this should have ; we have stayed at other Marriot owned properties at Bali infact our 5 night stay at w ; we moved to courtyard by Marriott for two nights ; they had much better options for kids to be entertained.

Great Holiday

I strongly recommend staying at W Bali, both with family or friends. The staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating. The quality of room & the view was very nice. A bit limited in food choice, but that does not matter much. Woo Bar as expected was nice and so was the food at Fire. The management gave a free extension of stay till evening so that we could rest before catching a midnight flight. We are very thankful to the entire team W Bali.

I would have like few more cuisine options.

they serve pork on breakfast and in one kitchen making pork and other things this is very uncomfortable for any muslim thts why we not do breakfast even we already pay wt room

Relaxing 5 star stay

Everything was excellent especially the location in the heart of Seminyak.

No Airconditioning resturants to dine at all . This was not pleasant in the sweltering heat.
