My new fav hotel in Bali for sure!

Love all the pools, great view in every side of the pool, the hydro jet pool for suite room guest is so so good. Very clean and beatiful resort, love the lobby art also.. Love the set menu in Izakaya Resto, Great experience in Coral dining but a bit too long between the menu.

Breakfast was great but there are still room for improvements (compare with other hotels with price below). Steak at Reef Beach Club is not up to our expectation.

Luxurious resort

The Apurva Kempinski is a new hotel in Bali. It was hugo. We stayed at the lagoon room. The room was big and the pool was clean and relaxing. The bathroom was nice with a hot tube and electronic wc. Breakfast was perfect. There were a lot of variations for everyone. They gave a lot of sweets and (alcohol free) champagne. We also get a cake and other presents for our honeymoon. There were a lot of restaurants in the resort. Koral restaurant was a life time experience.

When you are in the resort you dont feel the Bali vibes. The food is expensive.

The hotel is really good, perhaps we were just unlucky with two problems when we checked in.

The facilities were very good, the suite we stayed in was superb. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

We waited for half and hour for our luggage after settling down in our room, but they brought us a wrong luggage. And it took them almost another half an hour to bring the correct one to our room. When we checked in in the morning, we asked a staff to reserve a dinner for us. The staff, who was very friendly, called the restaurant and told us that there was a table available at 1830, but she needed to re-confirm with the restaurant. However, she may have forgotten this because when we were finally given our keys a few hours later, we found out that no reservations were made for us. We again asked to make a reservation but the 1830 table was no longer available. We settled on a later table and paid a deposit. Somehow the restaurant called us later, saying that there was a problem with our payment. We therefore had to go back to the reception, but the staff there did not know what the issue was. My understanding is that there was some miscommunication between the reception dept. and the restaurant. We wasted almost 1.5 hour because of this issue.

Roof top Bar's evening dinner time was a truly delicious experience. The dancing fireworks in the Roof top Bar garden under the night sky were so amazing. A glass of cocktail under the dancing fireworks made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the day. In addition, the friendliness of the staff and excellent service gave me the best feeling. In particular, I was deeply moved by the fact that when my wife complained of itchiness from insect bites, the staff at Kenpinski even called a nurse to provide treatment. My getaway at Kenpinski was the best break of our lives. I would like to thank all the staff of Kenpinski for providing great service in a great facility. Especially. Many thanks to Yudha Gatot of staff for calling the nurse at Roof top Bar.
