Very good

Location is right off the interstate, friendly, eager to help & professional staff. Love the fact that I was able to switch rooms with ease, no blowout given, or explanation needed. The beds were soft and everything worked that was a plus

Unprofessional management

I was wrongly charged a smoking fee and have yet to receive any proof of such after multiple calls along with going there in-person. It is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and flat out disrespectful of a patron's time and money.

Free parking but overall rates are high enough to cover the parking cost.

Carpets were dirty. Unlike other hotels (who keep $50 deposit when you book from booking.com) they kept hold of $100. Staff was slow.

Good location, close to airport

When we were booking on booking.com, it shows there a complimentary breakfast available, but the reception lady said there is no free breakfast, even small water bottle costs 2.50$.
