Great area and very close to everything

This location was the best for coming off the train. It was simple, step off the train walk down towards the stop sign turn right just walk a bit an you are there. The breakfast was beautiful and had all kinds of options hot and cold. The front desk staff was excellent for directions on how to get places and the best place to eat and the churches.

Maybe the only thing is that the hot tubs were closed, and we would have still used them in late October. We are from Canada and use hot tubs all winter long.

just a couple of minutes walk from both the train station and the centre of town. The hotel is big but we found the staff friendly -especially in the restaurant at breakfast time. As we went out of season we booked the annex but got upgraded to the main hotel which I guess is rather nicer.

The dining room is rather over-bright - I wouldn't choose it for an evening meal even if the food were great, just because of the size and brightness. At breakfast time if you ask for coffee you get a jug of pretty unpleasant stuff - we realised after a couple of days that Italian guests just asked for a cappuccino etc and got a single cup of nice coffee rather than a large amount of something unpleasant!

Nice location and good service

Location is near the train station/bus station which is very convenient if you arrived/leave by curreri bus from/to airport or even if u come by boat with luggage,u take the shuttle from port to the train station where the last stop of the shuttle then the hotel is just below the train/bus station..u can also leave ur luggage after check out, even for 2days ..

No facial tissue in the room No coffee maker in the room (You should welcome ur guest with ur famous coffee)

The hotel was lovely from our arrival to our departure. Every staff member that we encountered was fantastic with the exception of Francesco in the dining room who was double fantastic.
