From the moment Ive arrived, the hospitality was beyond my expectations. I was greeted and my belongings were brought to my room. i literally didnt have to lift a finger when it came to my luggage. they valet parked my car. The room was very cozy. I love how every room has a balcony and overlooks the ocean. They have two pools. theres a main big one, and then a smaller one ( i used the smaller one for my son) & they have a well designed kids water park. it was sooooo much fun. they have many varieties of food and i never reserved any restaurants. i can walk in and still was able to be seated and served. times i didnt feel like dining in room service was so quick. under 30mins!!!!! this is a very relaxing hotel. very calm quiet away from all the noise. the spa was 10/10. overall i enjoyed my stay and i would love to come back.

The location was great and the staff were great. I enjoyed the location and the food. You are able to get room service all day and night. I love the room view and the pool. Overall the location is great.

The AC went out a day in a half while at the resort. A lot of things were in Spanish.

Its ok nothing to rave about no clubs

Family friendly and everything was centralized in one location for example (most restaurants were located on ground floor spa and gym on another) Roof top steak house is the best hands down skip the rest.

We were a medium sized group attending a wedding and # 1 complaint was moldy smell in the suites we all complained but they were fully booked and unable to accommodate some of us with a room change. We lost a night due to airline delays and hotel didnt reimburse or offer an upgrade.

The trip was worth it, staff was very professional and very clean resort.

The options for dinner. Being able to just go and not having to make reservations. We did the romantic dinner for 2 it was over the top the service Joel Martinez gave was excellent! I will make sure we always do that when we come to that resort. Really enjoyed not having to swim with the kiddos rooftop pool was everything. Lastly the spa was heaven, the hydro therapy to the massage was just what I needed. Very professional from the check in to our exit.

The entertainment need more activities throughout the day and night. The adult pool on rooftop need more of an adult feel like the music was more instrumental the regular pool had better music than the adult pool.

Beach is not for swimming. You have to take a taxi and go to playa delfines or playa blanca on the zona hotelera

The stay was good, unfortunately spoilt by a dispute

Facilities were great. Room was really nice with the plunge pool. The spa and the Japanese Hibachi was our highlight. The Preference Lounge was great The coffee shop was a fantastic daily visit after dinner

Not much to do for a 13year old. The beach was not very good. The so called fancy restaurants food was not good, but understand that this is the quality for all inclusive The senior night manager who was on duty when we checked out started all very nice when we had a problem and when he did not get his way became very rude, threatening and walked away from me aggressively and unapologetic. I was very surprised as throughout our stay the staff were very good. we were mostly helped by Carla and Francisco in the Preference Lounge and they went out of there way to assist us, getting us golf t-off times at late notice and a table at the Hibachi when it was booked out.
