Excellent family stay villa; works as advertised

Huge amount of space as compared to a hotel room . Villa is built across 3 levels with a well furnished kitchen which comes in handy if you are a huge group like us.

Cleaning could be better. Daily broom but no mop (we stayed 5 days). Sheets were changed only once a week - Id rate hygiene as pass but not excellent. Will let that pass given the positives on space since at about 250 odd dollars a night i thought it was a more value for money place

More than what I could have expected! Exceeded all expectations.

I loved everything about the property. The property manager and host (franky and Roy) were very helpful and accommodating. Roy helped a lot with our needs and answered all of our questions if needed. Franky was helpful as well with getting us to the location from the port. This is my second time here and I wasnt disappointed.

Boracay Stay 2023

The serene peace and quiet with the villa situated on top of a hill. Roy the caretaker was extremely accommodating to all of our needs at any times.

Cold water shower downstairs was not enjoyable.

The villa is highly recommended for small groups celebration for friends, family (all adult) and relatives

Very spacious, comfortable and bright.

The location was uphill not so accessible for transpo. Theres also a lot of red ants and hot&cold shower was not working properly

Our stay is superb.

I like how cheap the rate of the villa for a big family. We can also cooked and do some laundry before we come back home. It was worth a vacation stay because the surroundings were quite and far from the noise of the city. We are very relaxed and we truly enjoyed the place because that is what we wanted. We can cooked our meal and we sleep well. The place is 500 meters away from the sea shore, the sea were truly a magnificent view from the master's bedroom. Stores were near, because we love home cooked food we can easily bought ingredients from the nearby stores.

As far as I know we enjoyed a lot :), I never noticed a single imperfection on our stay. The ants and some insects are part of the environment since the place is uphill villa surrounded by trees and other plants. It is natural for a province that there were insects as long as they are not distracting us.

Extremely Satisfied

The entire villa is perfect. What you see is what you get in the photos. All rooms have cold air-condition, very clean, complete kitchen utensils/ The owner is very responsive and kind. The cake taker is kind as well. We just had a little bit of a hard time going up and down to the villa because it's uphill.
