Christmas well spent!
Wonderful service and helpful staff. Good choice if you just want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Room was not very big and the location is away from the town. Not many options in the food menu.

Outstanding service
The property is very charming and special, even though it shows signs of time. The service is outstanding and the location is very convenient to explore the region. Food was very good.
Rooms were clean but the carpeted floor shows some old spots and the towels had an unpleasant smell,even though they came freshly from the laundry.

Excellent choice to stay
The staff are absolutely professional, courteous and caring. Mr Param has done a fantastic job and the staff there were able to meet all our requests.
The location is a bit far from the main sights of Cameron Highlands and it is advisable to drive up in one's own car as the local taxi owners do try to fleece tourists needing local transport.

The building itself is good but the overall experience is ruined because of the staff. Not accommodating.
The design and the vibe
The staff. I checked in the website that there were activities like jam making session and complimentary trekking. The staff had no idea about that and they informed me that the hotel couldnt assist because it s full When they ran out of something during breakfast, the staff was very unaccommodating and lazy.

Expectations were not met
Breakfast was good. Lake view was scenic except lake was muddy brown with a big rusty dredger in the middle.
Premises are dark and smelt of damp.
